Brewer's Notes
The malt in this beer is clean with a hint of biscuit and white bread dough. Tropical mango, pawpaw and unripe pineapple aromatics fold over into a pronounced bitterness. Spritzy carbonation and a light-medium body will quench your thirst!

Flamingo was created by Gem, who wanted to use musk, and Ben, who wanted to use hibiscus. If it isn’t the light pink colour of the beer that grabs you first, it will be the first sip. Musk and ripe red berry bitterness blend with jammy berry and soft wheat aromatics. A must try!
Brewer's Notes
The malt in this beer is a mix of baked crusty bread with grainy toasty notes. Light milk chocolate and caffe latte flavours on the palate. Subtle brown molasses, golden syrup and leather aromas on the nose. It is even carbonated at a lower volume to mimic traditional cask aging.
Brewer's Notes
Candy banana esters hit the nose and the palate. Soft and pillowy wheat malt blend with sweet raw bread dough flavours. This is my favourite beer to brew and enjoy!
Won Gold at the AIBA’s 2023 and Silver at the RQA’s 2023

Brewer's Notes
Using new world hops and classic malt bill, there are hits of Mango, peach and piney resin which is great on the nose. Malt is classic APA style with smooth and bready graininess. The hops bring a moderate bitterness that is resinous and lingering.

Brewer's Notes
Whipping up a storm of flavours, The ‘white’ aspect of the beer refers to the generous use of wheat in the grain bill. This provides a soft wheat and bread dough sweetness. The aroma sports candied musk and orange blossom notes. The hops are moderately bitter and bring balance to the malt and aroma.
Brewer's Notes
Light in ABV, tart and very refreshing. Subtle apple and sea salt aromatics greet the nose. The malt is subtle grainy white bread with hints of apple and spice. The hops are gently earthy and herbal. This is a fun interactive beer, ask your bartender about adding the syrup to create your own flavoured beer!
Brewer's Notes
Rich and tart raspberry aroma blends with soft sweet bread dough and wheat. The body is a light garnet with a soft pink head and spritzy on the palate. This recipe was created for my wife Vonnie, it's a must try!

Brewer's Notes
Huge big body and flavour! This beer is a soft pillowy wheat with a touch of raw bready dough. The hops are the big players here with mango, passionfruit and two fruits in syrup with a creamy vanilla ice cream aroma.
Brewer's Notes
Mango and peach aromatics blend with a moderate hop bitterness. Slightly tart herbal and spice flavours linger. Spritzy carbonation and a light mouthfeel is lively and refreshing. You would never know this was a light beer and perfect for the dezo!
Brewer's Notes
Shorty is the big brother to the Punchin’, smoother, suave and is a full-strength Pacific Ale by comparison. Sporting a deeper haze and smoother aroma of mango and passionfruit. Malt is light and white bread grainy with a lingering bitterness on the palate.
Brewer's Notes
The appearance is almost black with hints of copper where the light penetrates. The flavour and aroma is a blend of rich roast malt and dark cacao. Spritzy with a slight astringency on the palate from the roast. Best consumed on a cool afternoon with a mate!
Brewer's Notes
Hazer Beam is a full strength hazy pale ale that is out of this world! The light and golden body is crested with a white, long lasting head. Smooth malt is blended with oats to give the palate a well rounded experience. Piney resin, passionfruit and citrus will make you want to 'phone home'...and tell them all about it.
Brewer's Notes
The Blackforest Stout is a style based off the Tropical Stout range and served on nitro. Watch the creamy foam cascade down the glass, revealing a deep brown and garnet hue where the light strikes it. Aromas of dark cacao and toasted coconut blend with cherry and lite espresso on the palate. Let it warm a bit and become velvety smooth.
Brewer's Notes
Life on Mars is a small and somewhat rustic version of a Biere de Garde. Rich malt and wheat blends for a smooth and toasty experience. Hops are subtle but lend a balanced earthy spice and bitterness. Perfect for a cool winter afternoon.
Brewer's Notes
The S.W.A.T. is a Pre-Prohibition Ale, a historical style with a modern touch of Hound & Stag flair. Atight and clean white head sits atop a mildly hazy golden body. Smooth malt blends with a touch of corn to bring a taste of the old farming country that supplied the grains at the time. Earthy, noble hops and Germanic ale yeast foster a memory of the homeland.
Brewer's Notes
King of Hops is the quintessential WCIPA. Dank, weedy aromatics hit the nose with notes of pine, marijuanna and resin. The malt body is light with a dry and clean finish. The hops are pleasantly bitter, firm and will hypnotize you.
Brewer's Notes
This storm in a glass is the first collaboration with our friends at White Oat Distillery. A fiery ginger beer that has been lashed with a generous serving of fresh chilli and aromatic spices. The cane spirit from White Oak brings a balancing sweetness and body with hints of oak and vanilla, tempering the maelstrom of a lingering bite. Served on ice with lime, it is a devilishly smooth tempest.
Brewer's Notes
Our expertly crafted Ginger beer will awaken your taste buds. Infused with a fiery essence of ginger and enlivened by a fiesty hint of chilli, each sip is a tantalizing dance between warmth, spice and sweetness.
Brewer's Notes
This beer is a solid edition to the OCIPA lineup! Orange and pineapple aromatics bounce out of the glass with a touch of mango. The malt is smooth with oats and wheat, finished with a creamy sweetness. Appropriately bitter finish with hints of tangello and mango.
