1. Membership Overview

The Hound & Stag Membership provides access to exclusive member benefits, discounts, and promotional offers.

By purchasing a membership, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Membership Validity

• Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
  • Membership will automatically expire at the end of the 12-month period unless renewed
  • Membership is non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member

3. Membership Benefits

Membership benefits include:

• $1 off each standard drink (excluding functions)
  • 10% off food (excluding functions)
• • 10% off takeaway items (merch, cans and growlers)
  • $100 off private function bookings with a minimum spend of $1,000 
  • Automatic entry into monthly member raffles
  • Access to exclusive member promotions (including seasonal offers such as Christmas promotions)

4. Discount Conditions

• Discounts apply to standard priced items only
  • Membership discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, specials, discounted offers, or happy hour pricing
  • Discounts do not apply to bar tabs or pre-negotiated group packages
  • Management reserves the right to exclude specific products, services, or events from membership discounts at any time

5. Membership Use & Verification

• Membership must be presented via the official digital wallet pass (Apple Wallet or Google Wallet)
  • A valid QR code must be shown at the time of purchase to redeem member benefits
  • Staff may request verification of identity if required
  • Membership must be presented at the time of purchase — discounts cannot be applied retrospectively

6. Fair Use Policy

• Membership is intended for personal use only
  • Sharing of membership access or misuse of benefits is not permitted
  • Hound & Stag reserves the right to suspend or cancel membership without refund if misuse is suspected

7. Monthly Raffle

• All active members are automatically entered into the monthly raffle
  • Winners will be selected at the discretion of Hound & Stag
  • Winners will be notified via the contact details provided at registration
  • Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash

8. Function Discount

• The $100 function discount applies only to private function bookings with a minimum spend of $1,000
  • This benefit is limited to one use per membership period
  • Function bookings remain subject to standard terms and availability

9. Refunds & Cancellations

• Membership fees are non-refundable
  • Membership cannot be transferred, paused, or exchanged
  • If a membership is cancelled due to misuse, no refund will be provided

10. Changes to Membership

• Hound & Stag reserves the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, or Terms & Conditions at any time
  • Any changes will be communicated to members where reasonably possible

11. Liability

• Hound & Stag is not responsible for any loss, damage, or inability to use membership benefits due to technical issues or circumstances beyond its control

12. Acceptance
